Unlinking instead of deleteing will help remove 'duplicates'. When you enter
each person once and include siblings=parents the program will fill each person
in multiple slots as accurate.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Double Ancestors?

I have a couple of questions. I joined the users group, but unlike other groups
I have joined in the past, I am not receiving any daily emails or digests.
Perhaps I have done something incorrectly when I signed on?

And, more importantly, I have a second problem. My maternal grandparents were
cousins. While entering information (and forgetting about the cousin part) I
noticed I had doubles of the same people and deleted them There were 3 in all.
Now, I realize I have deleted most of my information I had on my maternal
grandmother's side. What to do? Must I re-enter all the info? Is there a way to
undo the mistake? Shouldn't the people "blend" when they reach the point where
the ancestors were one and the same? Or will I continue to have doubles? Sorry,
more than a couple of questions.
I'm a little confused on how to proceed.
Thanks, Anne
