I find it a very pleasant surprise that anybody responds on a Sunday, let alone a Sunday before a national holiday here in the states (Its Presidents Day, or a combination of what used to be George Washington's Birthday and Abraham Lincoln's birthday.). Only Millenium would a user get that kind of support; not with any other genealogical software.
