Lavern:

The sources should transfer over with the people you move.  You will not
be able to transfer all your master sources from the smaller database
unless you transferred all the people (most likely, depending on how the
sources are assigned).

The marriage information should also transfer.  There might some issue
with the specific person/couple where you are doing the drag and drop,
but the ancestors or descendants should transfer with all their information.
