I do always get the prompt to backup whenever I close Legacy and I always
do the backup.

But I did not associate that with what JLB said (..."the '''zip''' file
that's created when
you click the '''BACKUP button") since I have never paid any attention to
what format the file was being save as when I close Legacy.........jpg,
zip, txt, or whatever. I've never bothered to look for a '''Backup
button''' anywhere else either, since I always get that backup prompt
window and always use it.

Thank you all for your help
