Sherry, Is this (never notify) really required? I have mine set to the default value (Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer - don't notify me when I make changes to Windows settings). It's the second from the top on the slider. It's been like that for several years, and I've had no problems with Legacy that I am aware of.
I have installed everything in C:\Legacy, except the fdb file and "closely related" files such as fg, fsd etc. I really am nervous about turning off User Account Control at the system wide level unless it's absolutely necessary.
