Is this (never notify) really required? I have mine set to the default value 
(Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer - don't notify 
me when I make changes to Windows settings). It's the second from the top on 
the slider. It's been like that for several years, and I've had no problems 
with Legacy that I am aware of.

I have installed everything in C:\Legacy, except the fdb file and "closely 
related" files such as fg, fsd etc.

I really am nervous about turning off User Account Control at the system wide 
level unless it's absolutely necessary.
