What you need to get is a backup cloning program where you can specify which files that you want cloned and have multiples places that you can have the cloned coy lodged including a cloud copy. This is much better than backup program which zips the files and you have to unzip to use/access them. I use Legacy on my laptop and keep a copy on my desktop. Periodically I do a backup to the desktop and overwrite the desktop copy from that backup.
