Tony, I would still submit a bug report, because it doesn't look like a footer 
that way.  Ask them to change it to print as part of the footer or to add a 
horizontal line before your custom footer.
Alternately, you could add the <hr> to your custom footer (I think that's the 
write html tag).

The horizontal line is not the end of the sources section it is part of
the Footer Legacy generates for web pages. Your Custom Footer is being
entered just before that Legacy created footer so it appears above the
footer line.
