You don't need to add alternate names for married women. Use the "Married Names" feature on the Marriage Information window - set to either don't generate married names or replace wife's surname with husband's surname. Or you can get real creative and in the fields just above the combo box, enter hyphenated names or whatever the couple used for their married names (I have heard of men taking on the woman's maiden name!)
Then in the Name List and Index view, click to show Married Names. Also you can show married names in the Index of Reports.
