Remember all the posts for and against using Legacy's rigid "4 part location" dictate?
Without those blasted commas, Legacy doesn't realize you are trying to replace the country. You know, computers are dumb; they just do what they are told, which is why you must convince the programmers if you want things changed. Anyway, you would do better to search and replace since you are one of the many who cannot or will not conform to 4-part locations. It can be fixed, but is obviously not important enough for them to do so.
