Hi Tony,

I assume you are using Legacy 8.

In the Report and the Webpage options you need to find the Event
options and make sure Event Notes are ticked for inclusion.

This checkbox overrides the [Notes] in the Event Sentence.

If this doesn't solve your problem, check that the Include Notes
checkbox on the event itself is checked AND the checkbox for notes on
the Event Definition.
In Legacy 8, instead of having just the [Notes] in the Event
Definition, we have a heap of checkboxes in a variety of places.

There is or was a bug if you used the setting at Options>Customise
7.10 to put source citation after notes.
