We need a lot more information than this to even begin to help you if
this is a real problem.

The first thing I would say however would be to say check the family
groupings in Legacy. Charting uses the parent-child links defined in
your Legacy file to make the chart so if a child shows with the wrong
parent make sure you do not have the child linked to that parent somewhere.
