Pam and Jim of Technical Support: This sounds identical to the problem that I was having (and continue to have periodically). I submitted a problem report to Legacy Technical Support ([263-1A3233EB-045C] Legacy Problem Report) but they could not reproduce it.
It would be great if it could be fixed or if I'm doing something incorrectly, the error trapped. (from February anyway, ) and in the last 2 days, when I go to try to select a source from the drop down choice list, I get an outline box(empty) on top of the choice list and symbols in the entry line on the top and the whole program freezes and I have to log off and start over. I have run check/repair, and it told me some "source citations" were empty but the repair didn't help the problem; is this a known bug or a particular issue with my computer that I need to contact support for? Thanks for any info, Pam Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
