The Pedigree Chart REPORT does not support the two colour groups nor does it support 8 ancestor lines. Only the four ancestor colours are supported by the report at this time.
Did you not see my answer dated 14 Mar to Cathy on how to fix this for the Pedigree View? Go to Tools > Set Ancestor Colours Select the Ancestor Group 2 tab Click Clear all Group two colours That will remove the second set of colours on your boxes.
