Jay, Why do you renumber the RINs.
In over 24 years I have never renumbered my RINs. Indeed to do so would change the URLs for all my pedigree web pages which uses them as the file name, hence rendering useless any bookmarks made by visitors and totally messing up search engine returns. Sorry but I do not agree with your implication that do to do is good practice.
