Thanks Mike, I had ticked that event as not a problem but the icon still remained so I wondered if there was another item that I had missed. I had made a detailed report on each child about being included in the Census despite the fact they had deceased before the due date but have left the Census in place in case I wonder why it isn't there! Have never come across this before where they actually list each child - even though deceased. As you say - it is helpful (if misleading!) Marion
