If I am interpreting your description correctly, you are selectin the daughter by clicking on her the box next to her name in the right-hand pane of the Name List, where the Immediate Relatives of Grandma are listed. Grandson is not on that list because he is not an Immediate Relative. Simply start typing Grandson's surname or forename or RIN (or UserID) into the appropriate box above and select him in the left-hand pane by checking his tick box, then click Select. You can do this immediately after selecting Daughter and both names are returned together to the Sharing dialog. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
