No! Legacy doesn't explicitly use IExplorer! It uses the Internet Engine that is
built in to Windows. This is the mechanism used by Legacy when accessing the
internet directly, and is one of the ways Microsoft got around the browser
unbundling requirements of the EU. You can set the default browser opened by
Legacy to be Chrome (see option 11.1), or if Chrome is defined as your default
browser, leave the option empty, but Research Guidance doesn't go through a
browser, therefore it will always appear as if IExplorer has been used.
