Hi Jane. You can use the SEARCH and REPLACE function in Legacy to clean up your location lists (short or long) such as changing USA to United States or whatever you are attempting to do. I've used that method many times. Just do it carefully, back up and test by doing a single instance only, for example, till you know it does what you want. Sometimes a couple pass-throughs are needed.
