I am not able to duplicate the overprinting of separator lines with the Children Section title when there are no children. I tried summary style (which prints the vital events without lines) and normal style where the vital events are in lined boxes. I also tested with and without events included.
There is an option on the FGR report options include tab where you can include areas for blank kids (to give you space in the report to enter data by hand if you discover a new child in the family).
