Certainly you can tag a group and print data on that tag group.
Use the Name List/Search List - Print.
As Mike says, you probably want to save as a .csv and open this in a
Spreadsheet.

I can't see what value the Surname Report would have for DNA matches.
It's a count of how many people of each surname and their date range.

To tag people related to you, first set relationships to yourself (Tools
- Set Relationships)
and then search for Individuals - Relationship - equals - related.
