I too am a MAC user.

I have VMware Fusion  instead of Cross Over to enable using Legacy.  This works 
very well with nothing “garbled” when I add data.

I have found that in order to “copy and paste” from a source online into 
Legacy, I cannot do that from inside Legacy. I use Google Chrome and “copy” 
from there and “paste” into my Legacy.  This prevents extra symbols, etc. from 
showing up in Legacy.

I continue to ask Legacy Support to write a Legacy program specifically for MAC 
as well!
