I started receiving this error about a week ago, running on 473. It happens whenever I try to open up the details for any individual. I tried repairing the file, it mad no change. I get the same result when I open a backup copy from two months ago. And now I see that I get the error on any family file that I open. Family files are normally on Dropbox, but get same error when files are on the local machine.
I searched the archives, found same error, over a year ago, but followed the instructions to delete some Temp files and the grid.usr file, this did nothing for me. Legacy 473 on Win 7 PRO Just installed 509. Got error message it may not have installed properly. I did reinstall with recommended settings. Seemed to install OK, no error messages. Tried to open details of a person, got same "Error 6 - Overflow" message.
