Hi Pat, since upgrading I find I get stuck in the Name List on occasion and I do have to shut down using Task Manager. Other than that, W10 is a big improvement for me. Legacy was freezing or crashing several times a day prior to updating to W10 (and not just in the Name List). I was seriously thinking of getting a new laptop prior to the upgrade, but not anymore.
