I recently bought a new laptop, with a Windows 10OS. Rather frequently Legacy freezes Sometimes I have to go to Task Manager to close it and then I can't open it again. I have to restart Windows, which is a nuisance, to say the least.
I go thru the File Maintenance routine about once a day. Is anyone else having similar problems? Any ideas on how to avoid all this? I have Version 8.0.0.524, build date 23 Oct 2015. I thouGht I would check to see if I have the latest version. Legacy Help says "The current Legacy version is displayed. If a newer version is available, it is also shown along with a *Download Now!* link that you can use to download the newest update. To manually check for updates, click on the title of the updates section and then choose *Check for Updates* on the *Update* screen." I suppose I am obtuse but I can't find an updates section.
