If you can't resize your Legacy window, check the window options next to
About on the ribbon. If your database isn't fullsize in the Legacy
window (as it isn't when you use SplitScreen) when you try to resize the
window, it bounces or can't be changed.
Note also, if the text is a bit fuzzy in Windows 10 for Legacy or other
programs (and I think this is only a problem on laptops with high
resolution screens) right click on the Legacy program icon and choose
Properties. Then on the Compatibility tab check Disable display scaling
on high DPI settings. I've had to do this for a number of programs and
suddenly everything is crystal clear again.

The snapping to full window is a feature of Windows 10 isn't it? My
Legacy politely makes its self smaller when I request - which i rarely
do G<> Try using the box at the corner of the window that makes it
smaller and once you have it smaller you might play with the size
without Windows 10 snapping it larger.
