Both groups are active. The Facebook group is just more active now. Legacy staff is on both lists. Some people prefer Facebook, some prefer email lists.
Technical questions can sometimes be answered on either list, but if it's a complex problem, it's best to contact Support on the Problem Support Form so we can spend some dedicated time with you. Both lists were designed to be users-helping-users with how-to questions and ideas on how everyone uses Legacy.
