Have you recalculated the relationships? What build of Legacy are you using? I am using 8.0.0.556 and I Just recalculated relationships in my file. My 2nd great Grand aunts are showing the correct term. Uncles are also correct.

If she is not married you need to open her for edit and change the gender
from M to F. if she is married then you have to use Edit > Swap husband and
wife to change gender for both her and her spouse.

After making the change you will have to recalculate the relationships.
