If this were me, the first thing I would do is to close Legacy down and then 
reboot my computer. Sometimes doing this will set things right. If Legacy will 
close properly, then this shouldn’t cause a problem and might help.
 
If you can close Legacy, you might try rebooting first and then report back.
 
When you say none of the options in the Help button work, only open blank web 
pages. Do you mean when you click one of the menu items such as Tech Support, 
Request Feature, Legacy Home Page, Download update, etc. that you get a blank 
web page?
 
What happens when you click on Help Index?
 
Also please say what version of Legacy and what version of Windows you are 
using.

Hello
I'm not sure what's happened to my Legacy software.  None of the options in the 
"help" button work, they just open a blank web page.  I can't add a child as 
neither left or right mouse clicks work at all.  
Please can someone explain what I need to do.  Any advice would be appreciated.
