I need to print an easy visual chart that shows the relationship of my
mother-in-law with her paternal grandmother's sister's grandson. A
visual chart is best for her, I think.
I cannot figure out the best way to do this. I don't want it falling
over several pages, just a clear concise tree that highlights only the
lineage between her and that 2nd cousin.
A Relationship Chart will do exactly what you want. Select your
mother-in-law in Family View, then open the Tools menu and select
Relationship. Your mother-in-law will appear on the left side of the
screen, select the 2nd cousin on the right-hand side. Click Print.
There are lots of options to fine-tune the look of the Chart and you can
Preview before printing.
