Is her account set up for a member of the LDS Church? Only Church
members can see the LDS information so non-church members accounts will
not display LDS in the LFS module information, even if it exists.
If her account is for a church member there is a second setting for the
display of LDS information which is separate from the setting to
integrate with FamilySearch.
Go to Options > Customize > 1. General and check the settings in section
1.9. Note that this setting is for each Family File so if you or she
work on more than one file each has to have setting 1.9 turned on.

the bottom. When my daughter integrates with FamilySearch everything
works as it should, except that she cannot scroll below the family
information to get LDS temple dates. I have not been able to find any
switch in the Integration program to turn temple information on or off.
