Can you show me a screen shot of where this compacting info option is located?

If the Descendant Report, I think you need to turn off compacting information on one line. Including photos in this report requires individual information to use four lines. I don’t remember the exact wording but you will see what I’m referencing when you look at the various options. If the pictures are attached to Events, then you need to choose to include Event pictures. Again only one per event will be included. Note that if you've added them as a PDF, they won't be included. They must be in an image format. So if you've linked to PDFs as well, make sure the preferred item in the Gallery is in an image format. If you have lots of pictures in a Gallery that you want included, you can use the Publishing Centre and add a Scrapbook just for that person.
