Dear List,
I have been utilising the User File
Number field on the Source Detail screen
to index the many different paper's I hold copies of . Thus I am finding
it much easier to lay my hands on a particular item.
I have been using differing prefixes depending on whether
a newspaper cutting, birth Certificate, Census Printout, Shipping List
etc.. ?? Then these are being filed away together in Copy Safe Files & Acid
Free Paper ie, All Birth Certs together [BIR], Marriage Certificates[MAR] ,
Census {CEN]Returns, All Shipping Lists [SHI] Baptism's [BAP] etc..
etc..
My Question's are "Is there a way of
showing a Master List of Details used in this field?."
"Also can I find out what Individuals were linked
to each User File Number Item."
