To download the Word document, go to http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/NewIndex.asp. There is link identified as "Click Here". Right click on it to get a pop-up menu. In Explorer, you select "Save Target As". In Netscape, you select "Save Link As". Select a directory where you wish this saved, perhaps your Legacy directory. Open Word or Wordpad. Open the "NewIndex.doc" from the directory in which you saved it ...
