To the best of my knowledge, you have done what is required.  Therefore, I
would suggest that you do not have a problem to correct.

Selecting "plain text" is the holy grail in this matter, not "turning off
MIME".

I just received a personal note asking that I turn off MIME.  I use Outlook
Express, and, under <Tools; Options - send>, have  "plain text" selected --
I just checked again to be sure.  I don't know what else to do to correct
this problem.  Any suggestions?  Virginia.
