Or with having an earlier version of Acrobat Reader. It *must* be at least
version 4.0...
If you've got 4.0 installed and still having problems, it is probably not
correctly entered in the Windows Registry. Run a utility program to correct
registry problems OR re-install Acrobat Reader 4.0 so it gets correctly
registered.
