Choose <Preview> and then <Range> to the right. In the dialogue box you can enter the pages to be printed. (BUT if you want the page which is marked as for instance 5 in the book, you have to enter 6 becauce the system counts the cover page as 1. I think this is a programming fault). Am I on topic??
