I think if you put a "</blockquote>" before, and "<blockquote>" after the
code you want to insert, it will "sorta" work. The problem I see is that the
"<" and ">" get written as "&lt;" and "&gt;". You could do a global search
and replace on these characters.

Perhaps a future enhancement would be to allow HTML or pseudo-HTML tags to
be embedded in notes fields.

but Legacy gets clever here and deliberately appears to ensure that the
HTML tags --don't-- get interpreted as HTML tags in this instance
(probably because they put these info HTML <blockquote> tags). I have
many situations where I'd like to refer to another page from somewhere
within an individual record.
