It concerns a report. Under Name List, then Search, my conditions are individual whose birthdate is after 1760 and whose death date is after 1760. Then Create List. Everything seems to be in order, just showing those folks who have birth and deathdates in that range. When I go to Print Preview, the grid fields I picked are RIN, Name, Sex, Birth Date and Death Date. For some reasons, the RIN, Name and sex are showing up but complete blanks for the birth and deathdate on everyone! What am I doing wrong! As a sidenote, there is no way to sort these lists in Legacy correct? For instance, if I wanted to sort them by date from earliest to latest (that sure would help on the next repository trip).
