I'm reading postings to this list since maybe 15 months now and I beg to disagree with some who complained about aggressiveness and intolerance. Let's put this into proportion again, please!!! 99.999 percent of the messages I read were/are really helpful, written in a nice tone and based on a very 'civilized' attitude. Personally I know only a few other places on the web with a friendly atmosphere like here.
