Robert, I haven't done this myself, so some of my instructions may be wrong, but you should be able to do it.
Click on Locations > Options then go down to Import. The "Import Lists" window will pop up. There will be a long list of 'Lists' that can be imported. Just check the box for "Import Location List" (top of list). You should be able to Import your Location List from this window. There is an "Import Defaults" button located on the right-hand side, so you should be able to select the Defaults from here.
