Thanks for the templates.

I am starting to look through them and the first one I looked at I have a
question.

There seems to be allot of redundancy with putting Rootsweb.com name every
where.

I use the respository for that and there I can also record the URL as it has
a place for it and when you click on it, it will take you to that web page.

Source name I leave at Social Security Death Index as this is a general
master source that I use for all my details for different individuals to
attach to.

That way it minimises the number of records stored and duplication of data.

Why do you put the information of the SSN and the person in the details when
it is already recorded in the person's personal information?

I will usually put the volume and certificate number if there is one and my
document file # that I use to be able to find the document when I need to.

Thanks

Keith
