Tell me what does this have to do with Legacy? I thought we were supposed to
have subjects appropriate to Legacy users.

In reference to Microsoft discontinuing support for Win98.  As long as
people continue to rush out and upgrade every time they decide to put a
new version out, it will continute to happen.  I feel very strongly that
an operating system should be very basic.  And all the other stuff should
be add ons.  That way we would each buy only the ones we need.  And the
operating system would continue to support our programs.
