I have done as you suggested and had a look at the files
directly using Access. The file tblET uses (as far as I can
see) the correct code. In al 8 sentence-definitions I find
[DESC] which means that the description field is being used.
But from the wording I can see that this will only affect
the narrative reports. But the problem is with (what I
understand from you) the list reports on Web pages that
probably use a diiferent template/wording/code. I was not
able to locate the definition files/templates for this
'other' output. I still have not find the solution to that.

Perhaps going to Genbox may solve the problem ???? :-)
