Jim Frandsen, I have NOT been rude with Steve. I have tried to help him with his problem.
If he follows the 4 steps I gave him, this will delete the Master Source and all of it's Citations that has frustrated him so much. If I had wanted to be rude with him, I would have done a good job of it and would NOT have offered him any help at all.
