Quite a while ago, Jim Terry of Millenniacorp was the moderator or administrator of this list. He asked that flames sent privately from list members to other list members be forwarded to him.
That was a good policy, IMO, and I think that the list owner (Support or whomever) should step in and answer the question posed below. The problem pops up periodically on this and other lists. It is impossible for the recipient to know if a flamer is "just passing through" or is bothering many others. If it is generally known that flames are to be forwarded to Millenniacorp, this will be a strong deterrent for at least some of the flamers.
