[LegacyUG] Quotations from cemetery stone

I have come across quite a few FGS that contain quotations taken from 
cemetery stones. I assume I am not the only one, but how are some of us 
entering that into Legacy so that when Legacy FGS (or individual pages) are 
printed, the quotations will appear? I want to do it the "best" way and 
stick with it from the first time.
