When I download an update, I save it in a folder called LegacyDownloads. After download, navigate to that folder and click on the most recent update (if you have more than one saved), and it will install over your old copy.

For some users, they have had to re-enter their password, but everything works. I would play "safe" by having the password and customer number in front of me. I have never been asked for either one during an update.

If this is not what is happening for you, please write back. We will get you going!

Robert

Dear List,
I have asked this question before but the solution did not work for me. How
can I install the update offline?
