The original goal was to print useful size event pictures in Legacy descendant reports rather than five inch wide right-justified source images in endnotes. Print directly from Legacy preview or save without any editing as a PDF file.
Murray asked "What is the use of height in the custom size option for pictures in reports - only width seems to have an effect?" Individual pictures look best in Legacy group sheets if they are exactly the same size rectangles. Instead of linking pictures that are left out of Legacy reports or printed too small, perhaps we should manually enter an image file name and then replace it in the final draft of a word processor book.
