You can use PaintShop Pro to add captions to your pictures - choose font,
size, coulr, position etc.

Some time ago, someone on this List (I think) recommended a photo-editing
program. It would streamline the task of embedding captions in pictures.
Alas, the thread has been lost from the Legacy Archive, and I didn't keep a
