Sherry, I use TreeDraw infrequently. One of the reasons is that everytime I start it up, it requires me to enter my registration information again. Spansoft didn't offer me any help on the issue.

I also found out that the upgrade price is $18, according to the Spansoft web site. But the only price that I could find at the Legacy site is $39. So which is it? The $18 price is tempting, but I don't think I'm going to upgrade for $39.
